Anne works with Boards, staff, and volunteers in nonprofit organizations to develop a shared vision, to build support for the direction of the organization, and to clarify roles and responsibilities of all those who create success in an organization.

 

In working with groups, Anne believes in the power of shared responsibility for problem solving, creating a neutral space where questions can be considered and creative solutions generated by the participants. Trusting the wisdom of the group is a fundamental principle for creative collaboration.

 

At times, challenging circumstances require a willingness to live the question, to witness the mystery, and to be open to new solutions that grow from within the group.
